T.Lee releases New Hit Single “Closure”
NEW ORLEANS, LOUISIANA, NOVEMBER 3, 2013 - Pillar of the Southern rap scene, T.Lee has released his new single “Closure,” out now on TLeeMusic504, ITunes, Google Play, CD Baby, Spotify and other platforms. Echoing similar themes found throughout the young rappers work, Closure speaks on different situations that people, including the artist, need closure on. Since its release the song has garnered many positive reviews, speaking even to those who listen to music outside rap.
Known for his 2012 headliner “I’m the Shit,” which was featured in the movie Blood Out starring Luke Gross, Val Kilmer and 50 Cent, T.Lee has gone on to enjoy growing popularity. His other works are featured in upcoming films, commercials, and can be heard throughout the club scene in Louisiana.
T.Lee launched his music career at the age of 16 and says he draws inspiration for his work from the surroundings he grew up in, some of which continue to haunt him to this day. “I am surrounded by so much violence and criminal activity that it makes it very hard for an individual to be able to think beyond surviving physically in daily life,” T.Lee says. He’s also inspired by his children and the motivation they fuel him with to break the same repetitive chain of poverty and violence that he has struggled to break throughout his life.
“Closure” is out now on TLeeMusic504, ITunes, Google Play, CD Baby, Spotify and other platforms.. Details can be found at
